MySapient is a pure game development company who are currently developing a Massively Multi-player Online 3D virtual world which will launch in the first quarter of 2010.

We really like the user interface as it is very easy to use. One of our favourite features is the way we can organize our different components into different projects. This makes it easy to keep track of the status of each of our main components of development.
Another thing worth mentioning is the support we have received. All our questions and issues has been resolved within hours.

Before we switched to fixx, we used both Trac, and pen and paper. We chose to go for fixx because we liked the interface, the system is intuitive and easy to use, which pretty much removed the need for user training.
What feature do you use most?
We find the overview page for a project very useful, it gives us a quick overview of the status of all of our main components, how many issues we have pending and and the priorities of these.
The Change log is a really nice feature and something we use actively internally when we update our test servers.
