What do you like about fixx?

fixx makes you realise how a lightweight but powerful issue tracking system can make your working life easier.

The speed and simplicity are a breath of fresh air, while the power of multiple projects and the ticket filtering system let me efficiently manage my tickets.

Support has been second to none.

Tell us how fixx has helped your business?

Much of my work involves many small iterations to applications and updates to various projects across many clients. fixx makes managing all these tasks easy by allowing me to very quickly and easily add tickets across many projects.

fixx allows me to prioritise tickets not only within a project, but across projects through the powerful ticket filtering system. These means as new issues arise, they don't get lost among other low priority tasks.

As fixx runs its own server locally it's super fast, but also allows me to give clients remote access to the Fixx installation running on my machine.

What workflows and tools did you utilise before and why did you switch?

The speed, simplicity and power of fixx made me switch.

Having used tools such as BugZilla and Atlassian JIRA for tracking issues in the past, fixx makes you realise how a lightweight but powerful issue tracking system can make your working life easier. Using Fixx feels like my issue tracker is working with me, not fighting against me or slowing me down.

The speed, simplicity and power of fixx made me switch.

What feature do you use most?

Being able to save issue filters means I can look through lists of issues most relevant to me in ridiculously short time.

The AJAX-esque interface makes editing, closing, a commenting on issues very fast. This is very important to me due to the number of issues I deal with each day.

The newer features in 1.8 are proving useful too, such as being able to navigate between adjacent tickets from your most recent filter.
