We like fixx because everything is kept in one place to centralise project management and tracking. It is very affordable and very easy to use.

We have used fixx for five of our projects already and have only been using it since August 2009. fixx helps our developers and account managers to keep in touch without invading each others space and keep projects on track.
We found that fixx was very helpful with a project which has been designed, developed and delivered to the client in time. We now use it for extras that this particular client has asked for, as we do not have restrictions on time or date as we used to do with Basecamp.

We used email or had meetings before fixx. It hasn't taken over the need for meetings but it has stopped the direct emails.
We use Basecamp (legacy) as it is handy to keep in touch with clients but use fixx for internal bug tracking and managing milestones.
We like that you can just click on the issues tab and everything is there.
We also like intelligent filters like 'Assigned to me' as it allows us to see straight away what issues are assigned to each person.
